Annual Day and Official Opening

Indian Central School (ICS) held its Annual Day and Official Opening on the 22nd of March in a ceremony that included speeches by various VIPs and performances by students.

Established in 2002 by "Indian Trust (S) Ltd, Indian Central School is a non-profit school that offers India’s CBSE curriculum for Kindergarten to Standard 12. Currently, ICS has 3 distinct divisions: Kindergarten (Upper KG & Lower KG), Primary (Standard 1 to 5), and Middle (Standard 6 to 8) School. The Secondary (Standard 9 & 10) and Senior Secondary (Standard 11 & 12) schools will be introduced incrementally each year.

ICS aspires to, by providing education of the highest standard in an International Environment, nurture Global Students. These students will be exposed to Indian history and Arts & Culture while they are taught using the latest in instructional technology in a comfortable and well-equipped campus that boasts of an auditorium, a drama theatre, activity rooms, library/ media centers, a dance studio and a multi-purpose playground for baseball and softball.

In line with its aim of providing good, quality education, ICS is approved and recognized by Singapore’s Ministry of Education as an International School and shares the Singapore Government’s goal of developing Singapore into a regional and premier education hub.
